The dress is in impeccable condition. Dry cleaned and preserved by Moline Kornberg in Montclair. My alterations were done by Sew Elegant in NYC, dress was purchased at Saks.
Dress already has a French bustle. (Those little flowers on the skirt that look like dots are loops for the bustle)
There are no rips or tears in the illusion lace. The entire top of the dress is all illusion lace!
