Most sought after dress at the LOWEST price you can find it! The length was altered but can be lengthened, as the seamstress sewed the extra length inside and the hem can be undone to lengthen it. It was also taken in under the armpits to fit (size32D). Video is the current state it is in, has NOT been dry cleaned. It has bustle buttons (it is shown bustled in the photo of it hanging) and also buttons to add overskirt (sold separately, see my other listing).
