Mira Zwillinger “Karla” – Couture Floral Gown with Custom Matching Veil

I wore this Mira Zwillinger “Karla” gown for my August wedding in Malibu, and it was truly everything I dreamed of and more.

Despite the California heat, the dress felt remarkably light and breathable – never heavy, restrictive, or overwhelming. It moved effortlessly and was incredibly easy to walk in throughout the day. The craftsmanship is extraordinary: the dimensional embroidered florals photograph beautifully and catch the light in the most delicate, ethereal way.

I received compliments from nearly every guest and have genuinely never felt more beautiful. I changed into a shorter dress once reception dancing began, so this gown was worn for the ceremony and dinner only.

The gown was professionally dry cleaned immediately after the wedding and is in excellent condition with no stains or visible wear. It also travels exceptionally well and does not wrinkle easily, making it ideal for destination weddings.

Alterations
* Bodice and bust remain completely unaltered
* Hemmed to fit 5'4” height + 2” heels
* American-style bustle customized for a seamless and elegant train transition (can also do a french-style bustle but I personally preferred this one).

Included
The gown comes with a custom Mira Zwillinger veil featuring the same embroidered floral lace, originally designed to complement the dress. The veil completes the look beautifully and creates a cohesive, couture finish.

This gown is truly special. While it’s bittersweet to part with it, I’m excited for it to make another bride feel as beautiful and confident as I did on my wedding day!
