It fits like a US 4.
Upon a flat surface, unworn, the waist of the inner bodice of the gown measures 12 inches across.
Beautiful high/low hemline.
Tried on but never worn. In excellent condition.

FRONT: The measurement from the top of the bodice to the shortest part of the skirt in the front: 44.5 inches.
BACK: The measurement from the top of the back to the longest part of the skirt/train in the back: 56 inches.
