The Monique Lhuillier Alexandra Gown in Silk White/Nude was truly the gown of my dreams. I could not have imagined a more beautiful dress for my wedding day. The gown features a lace sweetheart strapless corset bodice with a dropped waist and a full circular skirt. It also includes delicate pearl buttons down the back and ribbons for a French bustle. I purchased the gown in a size 6 and had it expertly altered down to a size 2. I purchased my dress at L'elite Bridal in Boston, MA. I am 5'2" and wore 3 1/4" heels with the dress. The gown was professionally cleaned by a bridal boutique after the wedding. It was paired with a veil purchased from Etsy—a 2-tier lace, 10 ft cathedral veil in ivory. The original retail price of the gown was $8,900, with approximately $2,500 in alterations and $400 for the veil. The total investment was about $11,800. I am offering it for sale at $8,710, negotiable for the right buyer. The wedding took place in April 2026 and the dress is in pristine conditions.
