About the Dress

Authentic Monique Lhullier dress purchased in 2011 for 2012 wedding. I cannot find the name of the style anymore but the skirt is a heavy silk-satin and the bust has corset boning and lace embroidery, a sweetheart neckline. Skirt is voluminous and asymmetrically tufted. Retailed for $6000 new. It has been professionally cleaned and stored in a preservation box since 2012. I had this dress sized down in the bodice to better fit me- also elastic belt was added on the interior of the bodice to keep the dress from sliding down as the skirt has significant weight. Bustle was added and shown in one photo- but we didn't do a great job on the wedding day (rushing and not caring so much in the moment) tying the ties to get it to look as it should have. Your results will be better 😊!
