WORN FOR AN HOUR! FIRST CHARMER GOWN IN AUSTRALIA!

This gown was the very first Charmer to arrive in Australia! I purchased it ahead of the official trunk show in December 2025, as it landed early to sample at Bloom Australia! A true collector’s piece from one of the most revered names in fashion.

The Charmer is Westwood at its most iconic: signature corsetry and bias-cut draping in luminous ivory stretch satin, sculpting the effortlessly elegant, architectural silhouette the house is celebrated for. Structured yet fluid, it moves exquisitely and photographs beautifully. The pearl details are removable and able to be adjusted into multiple styles on the dress or as a necklace! Made with a silk stretch, it is incredibly comfortable even with the internal corset! I could have easily worn it all night!

Custom detachable overskirt train: I created a bespoke detachable overskirt and train
to complement the gown, adding drama and movement for the ceremony that can be removed for a sleeker silhouette later. I will be keeping this one but I can recreate another one at an added cost using the same material sourced and this can be attached as a tie up belt or with hook and eyes.
It can also be paired with the other VW trains (Retails for over 5k).
I planned on having a second look without it but unfortunately it started raining and I didn't want to ruin the bottom of the dress!

Size: Labelled size 12, fits a size AU 8-10 (potentially a 12!)
I wear a 10F/G and this had a comfortable amount of room!

Current fitted measurements (approx.):
• Bust: 93 cm
• Waist: 73 cm
• Hip: 93 cm
• Best suits a height around 165-170 cm with ~7 cm heels
Please note, the fabric has a good amount of stretch!

Condition: Beautiful condition! I unfortunately was only able to wear it for an hour max which broke my heart, but it started raining and I didn't want to get the bottom of the dress wet or dirty! It's being professionally dry-cleaned by a gown specialist. No flaws, marks or damage!

Alterations: Only minor alterations by Bloom Australia’s recommended specialist.
2cm taken in through the bodice, waist and hips,
5cm from the bottom hem at the front only to not affect the drama of the train!

Why I’m selling: As much as I treasure this gown, I’d love for it to live on and be part of another bride’s day rather than stored away. The current lead time on this dress is 9-10 months so my long wait is your gain!
