The Gigi and Olympia combination gives you two completely different bridal looks in one. The Gigi is a beautifully flattering fitted satin gown with a strapless sweetheart neckline, lace-up corset back, elegant draping and statement leg split. Add the Olympia overskirt for a dramatic, full-skirted ceremony look with a long statement train, then simply remove it for the reception and evening.
A beautiful custom-made two-layer pearl veil is also included in the sale.
Size & measurements
Milla Nova label size: L
The bridal shop has confirmed the standard Milla Nova Gigi size L measurements as:
Bust: 96 cm
Waist: 76 cm
Hips: 104 cm
The matching Olympia overskirt is also size L, with a 76 cm waist.
For additional fit reference, the bride's measurements when the dress was originally purchased were:
Bust: 93 cm
Waist: 76 cm
Hips: 97 cm
The lace-up corset back provides some useful flexibility in fit.
Importantly, the dress has never been taken in or altered at the bust, waist, hips or bodice. It therefore retains the original Milla Nova size L proportions of [removed] cm.
The only alteration made to the dress was to the length.
The bride is 5'6" (168 cm) and wore 5-inch heels, giving a total wearing height of approximately 5'11" (180 cm). The dress therefore retains plenty of length and could potentially suit a range of heights depending on footwear and any further alterations required.
Condition
The dress and overskirt were worn once for our wedding and were professionally cleaned immediately afterwards.
Both pieces are in excellent overall condition.
Following cleaning, there is one very small, faint mark on the bodice of the Gigi, which I noticed on close inspection before listing for sale. It is subtle, but I want to be completely transparent about the condition of the dress.
A close-up photograph and video of the mark are included in the listing so you can see exactly what it looks like.
There are no other known marks, flaws or damage to the dress or overskirt.
The custom-made veil is also in excellent condition.

The matching Milla Nova Olympia overskirt completely transforms the silhouette.
Worn over the Gigi, it adds volume and a long, dramatic train for the ceremony and photographs. It can then be removed to reveal the much sleeker fitted Gigi underneath for the reception, dinner and dancing.
I loved having the impact of a full bridal train for the ceremony without having to wear a large, heavy dress for the entire day.
Custom-made pearl veil
Also included is a beautiful custom-made two-layer elbow-length drop veil, originally costing £100.
It is Light Ivory, which pairs beautifully with the dress, and features a simple cut edge with very small, elegant pearls scattered delicately across the veil.
The two layers are approximately 20" and 25" long, giving it a soft traditional bridal look without hiding the detail and silhouette of the dress. The length of the veil hangs in line with the top of the Olympia detachable overskirt / train which compliments the striking silhouette of the dress rather than detracting from it.
The subtle scattered pearls add just enough detail to catch the light without making the veil look heavily embellished.

The dress and overskirt were professionally cleaned immediately after the wedding and are in excellent overall condition. There is one very small, faint mark on the bodice of the Gigi, which is shown clearly in the listing photograph/video for complete transparency.
This is a lovely opportunity to buy the complete Gigi + Olympia bridal look, including the pearl veil, for substantially less than the original purchase price.
With no alterations to the dress sizing or construction apart from the hem, it retains its original Milla Nova size L measurements and should be straightforward for a new owner to assess for fit.
