This is the Madi Lane Wendall dress. Originally it comes with a more subtle sweetheart neckline that I had changed to a curved/cat eye neckline whilst ordering. An additional 5 yards of lace (same as dress) were purchased from both Madi Lane and Etsy. Dress has had zero alterations, bridal size 18, and has neck scarf that was included in original purchase. Additionally, the sleeves were purchased from Etsy in lace that matches the dress (can be included in purchase). Photos include : pictures of dress from Madi Lane site, dress when I originally tried it on, and when I picked it up from the shop.
