About the Dress

I found this dress so comfortable to wear all day, despite how dramatic it looks. One of my favourite features is the cleverly concealed thigh-high slit in the skirt. You can keep it hidden for a classic look or pop your leg through for photographs. It also makes the dress easy to walk in and gives you a really convenient way to gather and carry the skirt when moving around.

I’m very tall (179 cm / [removed], so the dress has plenty of length. there’s lots of scope to have it hemmed to your own heigh, it won’t be too short anyone.

The dress has been dry-cleaned following the wedding and is now hanging at home. I’ve included a recent photograph of it hanging in the bedroom so you can see its current condition, alongside photographs showing the dress properly worn and the volume and length of the train.

The fitted bodice gives a really defined waist before opening into the dramatic A-line skirt, while the lace-up corset back provides some flexibility in fit.
