I love this dress - it is a top and skirt combo, altered for flexibility in top size to a corset style. Great for bigger busts, as a E/F cup I found this secure and flattering. The train adds some drama to the dress, but overall a classic and beautiful silhouette. The skirt is ~size 14 and could be altered smaller to fit no problem. I am 5'7 and didn't wear heels so would suit someone similar height in both heels or flats.
