Fully lined. The neck scarf is custom made by Sophie et Voila so it's the exact fabric of the chiffon skirt on the dress, and the length is cut to the length of the dress. Size is a Sophie et Voila 38, which is a US 6, according to their website and size guide. I am typically an AU size 6 or XS. Please note the measurements via their size guide below! This dress has a good amount of stretch and the crepe upper will kind of mold to your body. It also is lined.
