Authentic vintage Reem Acra “Treasure” wedding gown, purchased new in 2000.

Please note that the warm-toned discoloration is more visible in person than it appears in Stillwhite's photo viewer. I've tried re-loading my original photos, but Stillwhite seems to "whiten" some of the photos where I've tried to show the discoloration/oxidation. I've added a video to better show the discoloration, and I'm happy to send my original photos directly!

This is a beautiful ivory silk satin gown with an elegant fitted bodice, intricate embroidery and crystal embellishment, and a sweeping chapel-length train. The embroidery and crystal detailing are especially beautiful and give the gown a timeless, romantic look without being overly ornate.

The train also has a built-in bustle system with several hidden buttons and hooks underneath, allowing it to be securely lifted off the floor after the ceremony. The train folds into graceful layers when fastened, making the gown much easier and more comfortable to wear for the reception and dancing without sacrificing the beautiful full-length train for the ceremony.

I purchased the gown new for my wedding in 2000 and have kept it stored since then. The original Reem Acra New York label is intact and is shown in the photos.

Condition: Because of its age, the silk satin has developed some discoloration/yellowing, particularly in certain areas of the gown. I have tried to photograph the dress as accurately as possible so buyers can see its current condition. The embroidery, crystals and beading remain beautifully intact and have not experienced any discoloration.

I am selling the gown as-is and unrestored, making it a wonderful option for someone who loves vintage designer bridal fashion and is comfortable having the gown professionally cleaned/restored, or for a bride, collector, stylist or designer looking for an authentic early-2000s Reem Acra piece.

This was a very special gown, and I'd love to see it enjoyed again rather than remain in storage. I'm happy to answer questions or provide additional photographs or measurements for a serious buyer.
