This Akira by Galia Lahav is an absolute dream of a wedding dress, and I’m so excited for another bride to feel as beautiful in it as I did. The full lace gown is stunning but I custom made a full lace, long sleeve, high neck, bodysuit to wear under the dress in the same lace and it really was a showstopper.

The bodysuit was one of my favorite features, giving me two looks in one: soft and romantic for the ceremony, then effortlessly chic and strapless for the reception. The floor-length design moves beautifully and photographs so well from every angle. There is a French bustle tailored in that makes bustling a breeze.

It is a size 6 and only brought in a tiny bit. My seamstress left in pleats that could be taken out easily for the next bride along with a bag of extra lace if needed. This is perfect for a bride looking for that signature Galia Lahav luxury, detail, and drama while still feeling graceful and comfortable. The veil is also included! This dress made me feel confident, feminine, and truly bridal, and I hope it brings the same magic to its next bride.
