I bought a UK size 8 and had it taken in a bit, I am 5’4 and ~120lbs. I wore 4in heels with this dress so the front hem was taken in to adjust for my height (5’8 with heels). Only the front was hemmed. I also got the dress bustled - the tailor did an amazing job and made the dress look like as if it came already bustled.
