About the Dress

Oyster silk duchesse A-line gown with chapel train from Vera Wang 2003 bridal collection, purchased and fitted at her salon in NYC. Label size 6/Street size 2. Dress was hemmed to fit slightly over 5’ tall with 3” heels. Design was altered to remove a side bow from original design and add silk covered buttons down the back. Pintucked bodice with side draping. Chapel length train with bustle hooks (please see photos for length of train and bustle design.) Was cleaned/preserved by Madame Paulette in NYC and has been stored in an archival box, on body form in acid free tissue and removed once to take measurements (using gloves). Measurements of dress were taken with a soft measuring tape and was originally worn with corset bra underneath. Message me with any questions or if you’d like to see additional photos!
