The Dress

A romantic style Wedding Dress.

Custom made and picked up on 5 December 2016, worn on 17 December, drycleaned on 24 January 2017.

Featured on the front of 2017 Canterbury Bride Magazine.

This Zanzis Couture dress was custom designed by Jennifer for me, and took a 6 month process from a calico design to the final product (6 fittings later).

Chantilly French Lace, with beautiful beads, and pearls sewed in to lace.

Bottom is tulle, (5 layers, silk underlay, silk chiffon (in a champagne colour) then 4 layers of ivory tulle. I made sure there were plenty of layers so that it was not see-through.

There is a gorgeous uneven fall of the top layer of tulle in the front to give it a slight romantic twist.

In built bra.

Straps are a stretchy tulle material with lace/beading detailing. The straps can be worn two ways. On top of shoulder, or off shoulder for a more modern romantic look. They can easily be tucked into dress too for a strapless look if desired.

I have had the dress dry cleaned by Snow White Drycleaners Claremont ($500 dollars), and no noticeable marks/flaws.
