About the Dress

This beautiful Rue De Seine - Fox gown was worn by me on our December wedding. It is an extremely delicate and feminine dress and made me feel like a boho princess. The dress is made of 3 very light layers; 1 silk nude slip, 1 sheer semi transparent silk and a layer of french lace. Dress has been dry cleaned professionally and is in perfect condition.
I paid $4000 for this dress and then got and additional $1000 worth of alterations to perfect the gown (alteration details below).
The dress is a standard Rue de seine size 8 but has been taken in a little at the waist and up, so would fit a 6 - 8.

Alterations:

- A bra was built in to the bodice to lift and support.

- 3x delicate hooks were sewn into each layer of the gown, so the train could be tucked up under the bum for when the partying begins.

- Waist was taken in 1cm either side of the waist.

- Length of dress was taken up at the front only (train length was untouched). The dress was customed to fit my height 1.60 and with the addition of my 10cm high heels, totalling 1.70
