Beautiful Mia Solano dress, very comfortable to wear. One shoulder dress, the belt is connected to the dress. Has several layers of tule therefore no hoop is required. Sad to sell but hoping someone else we get the joy out of wearing it as I did. Size 14 but would fit 12-16. Has been professionally cleaned.
