This Willowby by Waters dress is brand new and in perfect condition . It has never been worn besides the first try on and has been in the original garment bag since being purchased a few months ago (smoke-free/pet-free home).

I LOVE this dress but went with another option based on the style of my venue. It fits securely through the illusion neckline top and has a flowing train that is comfortable and easy to move around in. It has had no alterations made. It comes with a simple ivory ribbon belt that ties at the waist, but it can be swapped out for a different style if you choose.
