The Muriel dress by St Patrick is an elegant mermaid wedding dress with asymmetrical seam lines. Made from crepe fabric, the dress features a high-cut bateau neckline, cap sleeves and an open back finished with a line of buttons. The colour of the dress is off-white.

I bought the dress from Raffaele Ciuca Bridal in Melbourne. The dress is in excellent condition and has been professionally dry-cleaned.

The main body of the dress was not altered at all, the length was shortened to suit my height - I'm 160cm and wore 10cm heels and the dress went to the floor. Bustle was also added to suit the hem length and a larger size bra cup was also sewn into the dress.

I loved wearing this dress at my wedding, it was incredibly comfortable to wear and easy to move in and perfectly suited the simple, elegant look I wanted. Hoping someone else out there can enjoy wearing this dress as much as I did!
