This beautiful dress is brand new with tags still. Only taken out of the bag to take photographs. It is very fitted at the top with a gorgeous dramatic bottom. I was going to wear this dress to my wedding but our theme changed. I'm sad to let it go but I hope it will be worn by someone who loves it as much as I do!
