Maggie Sottero - Sottero & Midgley dress, bought brand new in July 2017 from a bridal boutique outlet store and worn only by me. I had so many compliments from both men and women, it is a true princess dress with Swarovski crystals, reflecting the light beautifully. It is quite heavy so I wore it with an underskirt (not included). Made for a B-cup size top, approximately UK 10-12 size hips and a fairly small UK 10 waist.
Alterations done by a professional seamstress were quite extensive (see more below).

There are a number of dirt marks underneath the dress, from being worn in a garden and across rose petals. There are no visible stains or marks on the dress when being worn, apart from a little dirt on the edge of the lace at the very bottom (where it’s touching the floor). I would recommend a dry clean so it feels 100% fresh but you could also get away with wearing it again without a dry clean as the marks aren’t really visible from above. All stains are on the floor and underneath only. Alterations included: making it smaller from a UK 12 to a 10, particularly around the waist and chest. Adjusted to fit a figure with larger hips and a smaller waist. Alterations also included a sewn-in bra (B-cup), fixing a few beads and buttons, and creating a hook for dancing which works brilliantly. Does not include belt. Travelled with me on 4 planes from UK to Bali and back and did a great job apart from a few small missing beads (no obvious damage). I’ve included a picture of me wearing it.
