About the Dress

Summer 2012 must have Candy dress by Monique Lhuillier in ivory. This is the collection feature dress used on the website and in all the bridal magazine adverts and only stocked in the UK in Browns brides London.

The dress was purchased for £6950 and wore for my wedding in August for a few hours only, it is a size 10 and measures - Bust 34, Waist 26.5, hip - ALine so will fit any size. Length has been altered (front only so you can walk in it) to fit me, total length 5,9 as I am 5,5 and wore 4 inch heels. I also wore an underskirt with it to make it even fuller but you can wear without for a closer sillouette.

The dress is stunning, it has hand stiched detailing all over the dress and these are hand made to measure so there aren't many around. The official description of the dress is as follows: Ivory embroidered illusion tulle strapless corset bodice, embroidered tulle gown with A-line skirt.
