Exquisitely crafted with soft tulle and swirls of embroidered lace appliqué, this backless gown is truly one of a kind. A plunging sweetheart neckline and crossed back guipure lace straps highlight the silhouette from any angle. An additional 4-inches of length were part of the initial production of the train (at an additional cost, not added here). We moved our wedding to a cooler climate so I opted for a long sleeve dress, but this was the most strikingly beautiful gown I had found in all my searching. I am typically size 6 but ordered up a size. It fits like a true size 8 and I was told by the onsite tailors at the shop that the fabric is one which can easily be altered. We also explored a scoop style back when trying on the original sample which would be another beautiful option for customizing the gown. The underneath color is called Miel. I paid over $1700 for the dress, given the extra length and a "rush delivery," but found the long sleeve one before this one arrived so it has been kept immaculate with tags still attached. I would love for it to find its perfect match! Sookie is crafted by Watters upon order and takes up to 15 weeks to receive via BHLDN and retailers but this dress is in pristine condition and ready for immediate shipment.
