Delphine Manivet, Hyppolite

The dress is simple, elegant, chic and sexy at the same time and in my case, had to be suitable for an outside wedding in Rome in July. The open back and train gave it the wow factor without being too outlandish. It is really comfortable to wear and the silk has such a hypnotic fluid movement.
The dress was made in Paris by Delphine Manivet, a very talented French designer that combines in her gowns a distinctive French-chic casual style with the best Haute Couture technique and materials. The Hyppolite dress is a white version of the famous green silk gown worn by Keira Knightley at the film Atonement.
The "Hyppolite" sleeveless wedding dress has a v-neckline, spaghetti straps, and draped ties at the waist. The dress was bought at The Mews in Notting Hill, London. It’s 100% silk, easy to wear with a hidden zip at the back.
There are a few marks at the edge of the train. I'm 5ft 8 inches and wore 3 inch heals, if you're shorter it will most likely be removed when altered, or if you didn't want such a long train.
OPTIONAL: Instead of wearing a traditional bouquet I developed with a silk-flower designer two vines bouquet inspired on Reem Acra's Fall 2015 Bridal. The flowers has been hand made with different kinds of silk and hand-dyed to acchive each one of the selected tones. The price will be 700£ (300£ each), the cost was £1200.
