A-Line

Custom overskirt / detachable skirt, made for me. New and unworn. Changed my mind about what kind of style I wanted.

It's designed to go over your straight/mermaid/sheath wedding dress, giving it some more wow factor and transforming your dress into 2 looks.

5 layers of tulle. Has lace all over the skirt. It has a slightly larger than A-line silhouette, but smaller than a ballgown, as I didn't want anything over dramatic for my outdoor wedding. Just big enough to give you a princess feeling without being over the top. Has a short train.

Initially there was a very thick layer of lining inside but it was so heavy and uncomfortable I cut it off. So there are is a 1cm cut rim of the old lining on the inside of the skirt, it is not visible at all from the outside and does not affect the zip or function of the skirt at all.

In terms of transparency, since there is no more lining it is sort of semi transparent but because of the many layers of tulle you can only see a very faint shadow of your legs. Please see the second photo, you can see the faint shadow of my hand inside the skirt. It is totally okay to wear with white spandex/shorts underneath if you want to wear it on its own, and of course appears completely non transparent if you wear it over an existing dress.

Waist measurement is 67cm and was designed for 170cm approx height but it's very flexible as you can tell.
