Pronovias Barcelona ‘Orsola’, discontinued in 2017. Timeless, understated elegance.

Purchased in Sept 2017 at Luv Bridal and Formal, RRP $4000.

My wedding day has been and gone (7 March 18) and was the most amazing day of my life! Wearing ‘Orsola’ made me feel infinitely beautiful and I would love for someone else to feel as beautiful on their special day- it would be an injustice to let her collect dust in the cupboard!

Altered from size 10 to 6-8. I am usually a size 6 top and size 8 bottom. I had room to move comfortably on the day, as well as room in case I put weight on.

I had buttons made from leftover material from the train to cover zip on back of dress for extra detail, which also allows the train to be hooked up for reception (etc) by a tiny bow on the train.

Bra cup inserts sewn in for added coverage and extra shape.

As my wedding was only last week (7 March 18), I have just delivered it to dry cleaners today (13 March 18). Given the intricate detail with the beadwork, it is not advisable to dry clean so it is being hand washed.
