Do I pay any commissions or ongoing fees?

After the initial listing fee, Stillwhite does not charge any commissions or ongoing fees.

Listing Fees

A one-time listing fee is required to list your dress for sale. For details, see our listing options.

Transaction Fees

When receiving payments online, you may also be charged a transaction fee by PayPal or your bank. These fees are separate from any Stillwhite fees and are the responsibility of the seller. Be sure to factor them into your final selling price.

PayPal

PayPal fees typically range between 2.9%–3.49% for domestic payments and an additional 1%–1.5% for international transactions. Stillwhite buyers prefer PayPal for the added peace of mind it offers through Buyer Protection.

Important: Do not ask buyers to use PayPal’s ‘friends & family’ option, as it removes all protection for both parties. See PayPal's fees for full details.

Your Bank

If using international bank transfers, your bank may charge a currency conversion fee or other charges. Contact your bank directly to confirm any applicable fees.
