Reporting an issue
If you notice a problem with your dress, please contact the seller immediately. Many issues can be resolved quickly by working directly with the seller.
If the issue cannot be resolved, you must raise a dispute within 4 days of delivery.
For purchases made through Stillwhite Payments, orders are automatically accepted 4 days after delivery if no dispute has been raised.
For PayPal payments
- Log in to your PayPal account
- Go to the Resolution Center
- Click “Dispute a Transaction”
- Complete the form with details of the issue
For Venmo payments
- Open the Venmo app
- Find the transaction and follow the prompts to dispute it
- If you can’t open a dispute in the app (for example, some online purchases or Venmo Debit Card transactions), contact Venmo Support directly and provide as many details as possible
For Stillwhite Payments purchases
- Open your order on Stillwhite
- Select Report an issue within 4 days of delivery
- Follow the prompts to submit details and photos of the issue
Once a dispute is opened, the seller’s payout is temporarily paused while the issue is reviewed and resolved.
