Reporting an issue

If you notice a problem with your dress, please contact the seller immediately. Many issues can be resolved quickly by working directly with the seller.

If the issue cannot be resolved, you must raise a dispute within 4 days of delivery.

For purchases made through Stillwhite Payments, orders are automatically accepted 4 days after delivery if no dispute has been raised.

For PayPal payments

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Go to the Resolution Center
  3. Click “Dispute a Transaction”
  4. Complete the form with details of the issue

For Venmo payments

  1. Open the Venmo app
  2. Find the transaction and follow the prompts to dispute it
  3. If you can’t open a dispute in the app (for example, some online purchases or Venmo Debit Card transactions), contact Venmo Support directly and provide as many details as possible

For Stillwhite Payments purchases

  1. Open your order on Stillwhite
  2. Select Report an issue within 4 days of delivery
  3. Follow the prompts to submit details and photos of the issue

Once a dispute is opened, the seller’s payout is temporarily paused while the issue is reviewed and resolved.
