How do I read and reply to messages?
Messaging on Stillwhite starts when a buyer makes an inquiry. Afterward, all messages related to that inquiry will appear in your inbox.
You must be logged in to your Stillwhite account to read or send messages.
To read or send a message

- Go to your Inbox
- Click on a conversation
- Read existing messages or send a new one
Mobile app
- Open the Inbox tab
- Tap on a conversation
- Read existing messages or send a new one
