What does response rate and time mean?
We publish certain response statistics about sellers, to help determine how likely you are to get a quick response.
These statistics should give an accurate indication of how active a seller is. Once these numbers drop below certain levels, the listing may be removed.
Response rate
How often a seller responded to a buyer's inquiry, displayed as a percentage.
Response time
The average time a seller takes to respond to a buyer's first message.
