PayPal didn't resolve a dispute in my favor

For sales made through PayPal, you must participate in their dispute resolution process and accept their decision as final.

When a purchase is made through PayPal, money is transferred directly from buyer to seller. Stillwhite doesn't take a financial interest in the transaction and in return, we don't charge a commission. Stillwhite does not have influence over the outcome of a dispute.

We understand losing a dispute can seem unfair, however, PayPal's resolution process gives buyers and sellers a chance to state their case through their resolution center. Other payment methods such as Venmo, Zelle, and wire transfers leave buyers or sellers (or both) at risk.

I am the buyer

We recommend you relist the item for sale. If you fell in love with it, chances are someone else will too.

I am the seller

Typically, PayPal will ask the buyer to return the item to you before completing the refund.

If you fail to participate in the resolution process and PayPal doesn't hear from you, the buyer will receive a refund without returning your item. In this case, please work with the buyer directly to have your item returned.
