Very easy process, especially for those who are technologically ignorant, such as myself lol I chose to buy preowned online bc I am in my 40s and very self conscious, so the idea of going into a salon and trying on dresses really bothers me. I didn't have that issue using Stillwhite.com, plus I could shop whenever I wanted without any sales consultant pressuring me into a sale I may not be 100% ready to make. I got a great deal on a gorgeous dress and I couldn't be happier. Absolutely recommend!
