buyerMy experience as a buyer was excellent! I found my dream dress for an amazing price and it is absolutely gorgeous! We were on a super tight budget and I was sure I'd have to settle for something less than ideal but then a friend recommended I try looking on Still White. I hadn't even considered buying second hand but I'm so glad I did. As soon as I logged on, I knew I'd find something beautiful. There are so many dresses to choose from and some have never even been worn. The website was well designed and easy to navigate and the Wishlist feature is a great tool. Maybe have more options available with which country you'd like to shop not just the one you're in and the rest of the world :) I have contacts in Australia canada and new zealand so would have preferred to just shop those countries. buyerI indicated the shipping address within StillWhite.com and the seller sent it to my billing address (which is in a major city, Boston). While the seller paid to have the package signed for, the USPS dropped it off without my signature and the package was stolen due to it being left out and the seller writing "WEDDING DRESS, VALUE $2,000" on the OUTSIDE of the box. This has been an incredible traumatic experience and I don't know if I'm even going to get my money back. The seller insured the package for much less than what I paid to avoid additional fees. This has been an absolute nightmare.MoreColleen, Boston
