The one glitch I had regarding a typo on my behalf resulting in a 'reduced tag' was resolved immediately by your help team. When the buyer & I were chatting through your site, she suggested switching to regular mail (no bad intentions) and then we got a pop up suggesting we communicate through the site... buyerWhat a great site!!!!! I was about to purchase a dress that was a size too big for me as they'd sold out. I had my heart set on it and had recalled finding the still white site months ago when I started looking for gowns. As I sat to have coffee and contemplate my decision as to whether or not Id buy this brand new gown in the store and go to extreme lengths to have it altered, I went on to the still white page and just entered the designers name and up popped the dress, brand new, at a reduced price and my decision was made! I found the site so easy to navigate and get to where I needed to go. The seller responded to me within 30min and we were able to easily exchange phone numbers and were able to chat that night and sort the logistics of getting the gown from Perth to Melbourne. Within 20min, the seller sent me a message option to buy it now and the sale/transaction was completed with paypal straight away! I'm so excited to receive my dress over the coming week and feel very fortunate to have stumbled across this site all those months ago. Wonderful experience!!! Wonderful concept!!MoreCourtney
