The platform is OK – but all the ways to get more money out of sellers (promoting listings for additional fees, additional fees to show more photos) are just a bit rich. Also, it's nearly impossible to send messages to sellers from your mobile (you can hardly scroll to the bottom so typing a message becomes impossible).

Very easy to use and very popular platform with fair listing costs for sellers. In my experience, as long as you follow the guidelines with photos and descriptions, and are willing to reduce the price quite substantially, you have good chances to sell your dress. I sold three items within 90 days, and one item is still not sold. It requires patience and I had to reduce the prices a bit further than expected, but most importantly it worked!

Frustrating with the selling process. Someone offers, you accept and they have 60 hours to buy. So many tyre kickers that offer then don't follow up. The PayPal only payment option is also unnecessarily expensive and adds extra to the seller encouraging putting prices higher to offset costs to them.

Cannot change title once one is chosen. Seller has to pay taxes on over $600 purchase because still white does not provide alternative way through pay pal (only good and services option). Percentages for recommended sales are inaccurate. Unclear what percentage still white keeps from sales.

The platform is great, with vetted vendors, good pictures of dresses and exact dimensions too. I do think the platform is limited by never offering individuals to be able to try on/ return the dress if the style doesn’t suit. Getting the right wedding dress is one of the most important decisions in a woman’s life, and each persons body is so different. It seems out of touch with modern online shopping needs to never offer a workaround here. I’m fortunate the bride I bought my dress from did allow me to try on first, and it was a hit.
