It was easy to list my dress. I got a lot of hits, but being an online sale for an expensive item without trying it on can be tough. I liked the fact that I only paid one fee. I ended up selling it to someone who found the dress on StillWhite and lives just 7 minutes away. She was able to come over and try it on. So great! Thank you.

Easy to use, one off fee and easy to message potential buyers. Could only put limited photos on the basic package and could only use PayPal which charged extra fees (more if outside of UK). Would definitely recommend for selling, as you are fully covered.

I think the platform is great, but there should also be a safe option for buyers and sellers to be able to have this exchange with installments like other comparable sites. Maybe also display shipping options? I like how customized a deal can be, though.

It took a lot longer than expected to sell my dress, and I had 8 people seem like they were going to buy it and then ghost me. I also had SO MANY issues with PayPal and almost lost my sale to it. I would strongly encourage you to consider other payment options beyond PayPal like Venmo or Zelle. I have had nothing but problems with PayPal even off of this platform.

Stillwhite is great! I bought my wedding dress here and also sold a different wedding dress here that I did not end up wearing so I've definitely had success on the site. However, when I sold my dress recently, the PayPal feature that is directly attached to the site was not working even though we followed the FAQ instructions and made sure all of our profile settings were correct. It was a little frustrating that the feature wasn't working since a big reason for using the site is to ensure a reliable and monitored transaction.

I had a great Experience using still white! It was very easy to upload photos of my dress and classify it and also track the metrics on my post. I got a lot of hits when I first posted it and had about three or four discussions before a serious buyer made their purchase. Aspect of the platform that was a little tricky was the shipping… I wish there was a way to directly create a shipping label and track, similar to Poshmark. I ended up losing a bit of money because I wasn’t sure how much it would cost to ship and track my item. I wish that White would help you create a packing label and give you the pricing for shipping.

Be patient, the right buyer will come along. Really liked the graph showing the views and saves over the timeline. Found a genuine buyer, there were no scam emails, so it was a secure platform to use. I like that you can select dresses by their sleeve, neckline, length, etc.

It has taken me four years and three additional charges to “promote” my dress in order to sell it. I feel like your dress gets lost after being pushed down in search results after a period of time and then you have to keep paying to have it promoted or only a tiny few people actually view it. I think there should be some order where Stillwhite automatically lifts dresses that haven’t sold back into the search results after a period of time.
