I liked how you can favorite certain dresses and keep track of options easily. I think it’d be helpful to have the name of the seller plus the name of the dress in the inbox so it’s easier to keep straight. I also think having an “already viewed” mark on dresses in the search (like how Etsy does it) would be super helpful to know where you left off if you have to come back to looking later.

I really like that you have individuals connect before purchasing a gown. For those that are just checking it out, you need to message the seller first and then you can request to purchase an item. At first, I wasn't a fan of that because I wanted to simply purchase a dress, but I quickly changed my mind on that. I really enjoyed being able to ask questions and make sure that the dress was going to fit me. My seller was great about telling me about alteration and we shared our measurements to compare the fit, and she sent me additional videos of her in the dress to show the fit.

The only thing that is change is the email notification that the dress I bought has been sold. It was a mini heart attack thinking the same dress has somehow been sold to someone else. The email was unclear and offered other dresses for me to consider since the one I was looking at sold.

I got my dress delivered on Friday and it looks brand new. I can’t even tell that it has been worn it looks that good. I bought it from the seller who lives in the UK so the custom fees were a bit pricey but overall beyond thrilled with the results. Went from falling in love with a specific dress after at a sample sale that was priced at $1850 not including alterations but I didnt want to spend that much on the dress. I was devastated thinking I wouldn’t find the perfect dress again until I found the exact same dress on still white. I found the dress in the same size, same designer, same fabric, same color, no alterations, verified the designer sold at 2 bridal shops in the town the seller lived in, received a million pics/videos of the dress for only $890. Highly recommend if you’re on a budget to check still white to see if the dress is sold in your size and sold for a lower price. CANNOT BE ANY HAPPIER😍🥰😍🥰
