All was amazing. The only piece of feedback I would give was that the make an offer process was a little confusing. I think it would be better if the buyer made an offer. Rather than the seller. Then they can also select pick up etc.

I love Stillwhite! I’ve had a tough time this year because of covid I had to reschedule my wedding 3 times! In that time I bought and sold my wedding dress 3 times out of uncertainty, and just changing my mind over the course of a year and a half. Stillwhite has made it easy and affordable! I sold my original gown I purchased within just a few weeks and was able to find and buy my dream dress i thought I could never afford as a floor sample for an awesome price! I’m now selling the second dress I purchased that I got online from BHLDN during lockdown that was unfortunately too small and was final sale. I have no doubt it will sell in no time! Stillwhite is excellent! It is extremely straightforward to list as a seller, and the help section had answers to all of my questions. I was very pleased with the process and the outcome. Selling a dress requires finding that person who wants the particular dress in the particular size that you are hoping to sell, and obviously that isn't easy. I think Stillwhite has a large enough base of users to allow for those matches to be made.

Easy to use and filter and find only what I wanted in a dress. Some sellers were unresponsive and/or did not complete enough information to determine if a dress would work or not (measurements not compete, inaccuracies in measurements vs sizes, etc) but my seller was awesome (noting I have only gotten to the it’s paid for part!)

It took several months and a couple decreases in price but my dress is sold! The process was quick and easy for both the buyer and seller! If using PayPal it takes a lot of extra work but to me is worth it to secure payment (again for both the buyer and seller) it does cost about $20 to post the item on still white but a $20 loss is better than a lost sale especially for me with a brand new dress that is nonrefundable!
