I had the absolute best experience with Stillwhite! I fell in love with a dress I saw on Instagram and I knew it was my dream dress, but it had recently been discontinued by the designer. And being an Australian designer, I had little hope of finding any samples left at shops here in the US. Enter Stillwhite. I found several listings, and scrolled through details to find one that was close to my size. The seller (my “dress sister”) was absolutely delightful, answering all my questions and sending additional photos so I could see the dress from all angles, making the transaction seamless and worry-free. I feel so good knowing that I chose a “green” option for my gown, and saved myself a LOT of money! The best part? I love knowing that the dress of my dreams was the dress of someone else’s too. One dress well-loved by two women. To me, that adds an extra layer of sentimentality to my dress. Thanks to Stillwhite, I get to save money (and the environment), wear my dream wedding dress, and I made a new friend.

LOVE! I had always been weary about buying a used gown but your platform made everything feel safe and secure. I love the chat feature since we're able to ask all the questions we need to ask along with sending secure photos if needed. I certainly like that you add the seller's photo, it makes the transaction much more personable. From a seller's point of view, I like that they need to approve of the purchase first before a buyer buys since it is their prized possession that they're selling. Anywho, five stars!! Thank you for being such a large part of my special day. I'm typically a thrifter and it just felt right to get my wedding dress from this type of platform whereas it would have felt completely sketch from other similar websites. I'll be recommending your site to future brides and already recommended to another friend who said she'll be selling her dress here as well!

Great purpose built platform to sell my wedding dress on... Vicky was really easy to communicate with and was a serious buyer which made the sale seamless! Buyer was unable to try on first before purchasing so took a chance :), Sale worked out well in the end with the dress fitted perfectly! I will recommend this app !

As a United States user I found most inquires came from the UK which is fine. It just complicates shipping/more expensive. So really it's not the website that is a problem just a reality of whether it's easy/convenient.

Honestly I think it’s fantastic, love it! I used it twice.. my first dress was used to elope in as Covid stole our wedding day, the second I’ve bought to surprise my husband when we renew our vows in front of all our loved ones on our one year anniversary. The best part is, I get to wear TWO dream dresses for the same price as buying one gown new. What’s not to love about that!?? I intend to sell both once I’m done so the joy of these gowns continues to be shared ❤️

The ‘quarantine’ of messages really effected the over all appeal and buzz to purchase. Disappointed by this. Should be an optional measure by seller and buyer so not everyone has to wait two hours. I believe I have lost some sales because of this as is inconvenient
