I accidentally ran into this website online after the frustration of not finding what I wanted within the local area and other online wedding dress resales. After getting engaged for New Years Eve 2019 and a wedding approaching on March 7, 2019, I stumbled upon the StillWhite website. I would no doubt recommend this site. It was very easy to set up and had many dresses to choose from that were of good quality. Jade the seller was very helpful and easy to work with. Can’t wait to see the dress when it comes in.

Service was fantastic. I think the $30 one off fee is reasonable. I thought my dress would take months to sell and was inundated in the first week with messages. It is definetly a well known site and would and have highly recommended it to friends with dresses to sell and for friends needing to find a dress. The messaging service and being able to edit the post were fantastic and made everything a breeze. Thank you Stillwhite!

This website is amazing. I found my dream couture wedding dress at a third of the price and within my budget. I ended up going down to NYC to try the dress on in person at a wedding boutique to confirm it would fit and that it was the one and then I instantly decided to purchase it through the site. Talking with the seller was so easy. She was so great at answering all of my many questions and she sent me so many photos of the dress when I asked. I can't wait to receive it and I can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!!

Everyhting was perfect! I have tried on this dress on a local store and immediately fall in love with it, but was a bit out of my budget. I found the same dress in the right size here and it was in great condition. I messaged with the seller, asked for all the pictures I needed and she was super nice, she answered all my questions and send all the photos I asked for. We agreed on the price and shipping and the process to pay was super easy with paypal. I have just received my dress and I am very happy with my purchase. I have the dress of my dreams for a great price. I definitively recommend this page to everyone.

Still White is awesome. I had tried on a dress I loved in store before looking at the price tag. It was way over budget but I had fallen in love with it. I was able to find it across the ocean in the UK and have it shipped for half the price of what I would have paid locally. I just received it last night and I could not be more happy with my purchase.

Your customer service is superb! I contacted support on a couple of occasions and I always received a response very quickly. The responses were informative and very friendly, even though I fear some of my questions may have been quite silly. The website also looks really nice and is very functional for the user. I have nothing bad to say about Stillwhite per se, however I was quite disappointed with the sellers! Some took days to answer an inquiry and some did not respond at all, which is weird because they should be attempting to sell something. But that is not your fault, of course. And luckily the seller of My Dress responded very rapidly and the trade all together went very smoothly! I would definitely recommend you to a friend!

I loved getting alerts after saving searches. It would be great if the homepage could be designers that you had previously saved- or similar ones (like a recommendation section based on designers you have saved or watched). I would definitely recommend the site to people looking for their wedding dress - I found the perfect one for half the price.

In Japan, wedding dresses are over priced and most of the brides have to rental the dresses for a day at retail price outside Japan. Also, Japanese girls are so skinnny and many over sized bride(over US size 6) have difficulty finding a dress. I really thank Still White. Com

I would highly recommend Still White based on the success of my listing, simple flat rate model and easy-to-navigate user interface. I think especially for dresses at a price point where the $20-$30 flat rate is <5% of the dress sale price, it's profitable enough for the seller even with the additional PayPal fees and cost of dry-cleaning.

Still white was a fantastic platform but there was absolutely no transparency around the $115 I was charged by PayPal for receiving my payment until after the fact. A ridiculous and dishonest was to conduct business. Extremely disappointed.

Lots of great choices in a variety of price ranges and sizes. Plan to take your time because it can be overwhelming and the size the bride says vs the label size can vary differently. But overall easy to use and feel safe and confident with purchase. Can wait to receive dress.

The website is fantastic!! It’s easy to search through all of the dresses, everyone that I’d reach out to concerning their dress responded back the same day, huge selection as well. Even though it took four months to sell my dress (not Stillwhite's fault), I would still recommend this site. It was easy to use. I didn't purchase extra advertising, but I still got many many views to the dress. After messaging with a buyer, I could easily add a Buy Now button. It went right to my PayPal account (2.6% fee) and now I just need to ship the dress. Woot Woot!!! :) I recommend StillWhite for sure.
