The platform is user intuitive and a nice resource. It took a long time to sell a dress. My biggest gripe is that pay pal is the only option for payouts and there is no warning that there will be a fee, and it’s not a low fee it was like $30. I would have included that in shipping and fees. It also had some instruction for shipping and getting a quote but it did not tell me to make sure to include insurance in the quote until after she had paid. So I also wasn’t able to include that in the sale price or fees. Both of those things should be made more clear and upfront for sellers to keep in mind.

Super simple and easy to sell! Only challenge is people prefer to buy in person to try on dress first (naturally!) so need to be (or have someone you know!) in a major city for ease of transaction. But otherwise I’m so glad my beautiful dress found a new home with another gorgeous bride :)

Great marketplace for secondhand dresses! Thought it was easy to find dresses by brand but rather challenging to find specific styles (dresses by their names) and, at times, challenging to find your size (as alterations are often made by sellers). I’m really hopeful the transaction goes through, my dress arrives in a timely manner and that it fits me! But I’ll definitely consider using this platform to find other occasion dresses or re-list my dress after my wedding!

I've bought 2 dressed from the site, wedding and reception. communication and negotiation was easy, payment was easy, and the search tool is fantastic I was able to find exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is there wasn't an estimate or warning about how high tariffs are. i brought one dress from cananda and if I knew the tariff was 25% of the cost of the dress i would not have purchased outside the US. I still havent paid it and it ruined my dress budget I thought I was getting a fantastic deal and now I have another huge bill hanging over my head.

PayPal checkout does not work correctly. Kept sending me verification codes when there was nowhere to enter them, and took me in circles updating card details that were correct. Gave up in the end and had to apply for PayPal credit to get through the checkout process.

I REALLY appreciate that you only charge a flat fee for the service. This makes the process fair for brides no matter the price of their dress (vs charging a percentage, which unfairly penalizes brides with higher priced dresses). I was surprised how much interest I had in the dress and how quickly it sold. Overall a great experience!

Can't believe I found a dress I had been eyeing on the site in my size! The seller was responsive, sent additional photos, and worked with me on a slightly lower than listed price. They also packed the dress very well. I wish I could leave the seller a review and wish I could have viewed their reviews before buying (they are selling multiple dresses on the platform) as I was nervous about using the site for the first time.

Very easy process, especially for those who are technologically ignorant, such as myself lol I chose to buy preowned online bc I am in my 40s and very self conscious, so the idea of going into a salon and trying on dresses really bothers me. I didn't have that issue using Stillwhite.com, plus I could shop whenever I wanted without any sales consultant pressuring me into a sale I may not be 100% ready to make.
