Stillwhite is great! The chat feature is key. My seller was also awesome. The main suggestion Inhabe is to improve the link that takes you from stillwhite tonouoal via the buy now button. I kept receiving error messages when I tried to pay and almost gave up.

All and all it was great. I just wish the sale could’ve been made faster. It took me just under 3 years to sell the gown after I sold it at a price very heavily discounted from my original price I further reduced it to make the sale.

An amazing experience with the bride I dealt with and the dress is beautiful and at wonderful price. However I had numerous problems with paypal and the buy it now button and had to have the seller send me an invoice through paypal as per the sites advice and customer care email.

Amazing genius service! I sold my wedding dress in less than a week and the ad generated lots of interest which I was able to keep track of. The handy hints and tips and ad evaluation are extremely helpful. Only feedback would be that I found it really difficult with photos. Because my dress is brand new and not delivered yet, I was unable to upload any photos that weren’t removed within days because they were the designers photos of the dress from social media. Exceptions or recommendations need to be made for those unable to take photos of their dress. But will still 100% recommend your site to friends looking to sell their used wedding dresses.
