buyerFeedback: would be great if there was an app as it is much easier to browse this stuff on your phone - and share links to friends etc through an app. It is less easy when you have to search for the dress on your website to text them a link. Another bad: when I messaged the seller about her dress I had to agree to a buyer agreement - when I wasn't at the point of buying but rather just contacting the seller to arrange to try it on.More

buyerI thought it was excellent and I would recommend your site far superior to going to bridal shops where you have to order a dress and then wait 4 months for it to arrive and for some gowns 6 - 8 months and then get alterations done at additional excessive costs as when you order a gown it is not to your exact measurements. Also bridal shops allow only one hour to try on. If they do sell any off the rack gowns they are in a tatty condition and only 25% of the original price. After 6 visits to bridal shops and much frustration I would definitely recommend new brides go straight to your site. Thank you.More

Luckily, that evening, I found Stillwhite whilst googling second hand wedding dresses. The very dress was HALF THE PRICE that it was in the shop! I messaged the owner, Sarah, who was great at messaging me back really quickly. She told me the measurements of the dress and we negotiated the postage costs. Once the dress was posted, I was really excited throughout the whole 8 day wait. I was a bit apprehensive about the dress travelling from Australia to the UK but it was a tracked parcel so we both knew that it would be safe. Anyhow, it arrived today and I absolutely love it! I love wearing it! Sarah packaged the dress really well and it has hardly creased at all. Thank you so much Stillwhite - without you, I wouldn't have been able to afford my dream dress. I have been recommending Stillwhite to all my friends. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Have you thought about doing second hand veils and shoes, too? I need those as well! sellerI’ve been waiting years to sell this dress and I’m so glad it finally sold. And they $20 fee is easy to pay and then you don’t have to worry about percentage of sale and random fees like other websites. Communication with interested buyers was easy and the whole saw process was a piece of cake! Thank you!!!More
