My wedding day was my best day yet – it is such a beautiful, emotion-filled day marrying your best friend, forever favourite and life-time adventurer, in front of all your favourite friends and family. I couldn’t have been happier. My dress was such a special part of my day – photos do not do it justice!

My stunning dress was made for me by top class dress designer; Janine D Couture what a treat to work with her! It was incredibly comfortable, flattering, and moved beautifully. It is made of imported crispy crepe with hand-woven lace applique over nude tulle. It fitted like a glove. It has delicate buttons overlying a zipper, adding extra detail to the beautiful back, and an elegant short train, with both the option of using the bustle or wrist hook up. It has a blue “shweshwe” heart sewn into the inside of the train, to add to a taste of “Africa” (my home) and “something blue” to it – can be removed on your request.
