White Mischief

I adored wearing this dress on my wedding day, it had everything I was looking for: full a-line skirt, lace/crochet detail, long train without being cumbersome and simple elegant beauty. With a beautifully fitting bodice and so much fabric in the skirt, you feel like a true bride as the dress drifts along with you.

To give more body to the skirts, I wore an underskirt with a hoop (my mum and I made this so it wasn't the best quality or I would offer it with the dress) and this gave it that extra special shape. I did take off the underskirt by the reception so I was able to sit more easily.

I am 182cm and high street size 12, wearing 34B bra size. There is excellent support in the corsetted bodice and I happily wore this without a bra- I'd say there's room for a little more too if you're a larger cup size. As you can see the dress is floor length for me, (I wasn't wearing shoes) but there is still plenty of skirt length if you need to have it shortened for you as I did not alter the length.

I have had the dress professionally dry cleaned and it is in immaculate condition. It would be such a pity for this beauty to sit in my cupboard for years and I would love for someone to enjoy wearing this piece as much as I did.
