Lisa Gowing Iris gown from her Ballet Beautiful collection. This gown has a classic and timeless feel with ivory corded lace over ivory liquid satin and a V neckline cross-over bodice with low V back. The gown features hand appliquéd lace with scallop trim and capped lace sleeves, a satin waistband and a slimline skirt with scalloped hem and train.

The gown was very comfortable and easy to wear, the silhouette is flattering and feminine. Purchased from David Jones bridal, the gown fit me like a glove. It is a beautiful gown and I would love to see another bride wear it and feel as beautiful as I did. The gown has been professionally dry cleaned and is currently professionally boxed up for best storage. There are some very small minor stains on the bodice as per the last photo.

Sizing: I am 163cm tall, have a 10D bra size and am a model size 8. I wore 3.5 inch heels with the gown. Minor alterations were made to the gown – the length of the gown was taken up slightly and a button was added so the gown could be bustled for the reception.
