- I measured the dress best I could and this is what I got (measured with dress laying flat): 29”-30” waist, 16” across the bust (from armpit to armpit), 58.5” from waist to longest (train) part of skirt hem, 44.5” from waist to shortest (front middle) part of skirt hem
