Stunning art deco, silk crepe dress from Melbourne based designer Gwendolynne. This dress is an absolute classic and possesses a timeless beauty that transcends any trends. You will find this dress to be incredibly flattering.
The colour is listed as ivory, but is close to oyster, with coffee undertones rather than pink undertones. The fabric has a beautiful luxurious sheen.
The dress has a train so you can make an entrance at your wedding ceremony and can be bustled later so that you can hit the dancefloor!
I am 165 cm and wore 5cm heels. I have very narrow hips (size 6) and a larger bust (c cup). There are inbuilt cups for support. I also wore a bra in the same colour as the dress.
This dress retails at $5200 and I paid $2800 as a sample.
There are some minor issues - there is a fabric pull in the skirt of the dress, after it was caught on my beaded bag. There is a tiny hole in the back sheer fabric between the beading rows. Happy to send close up pictures. You are welcome to inspect the dress or try it on if you are in Melbourne.
